Meet Lisbon Mayor Peter Wilson and County Park Board Members at Scenic Vista Park to take advantage of the breezy hill tops and fly kites! Fresh air - free of charge! We provide a kite or you bring your own. Note a kite flyer? Bring a hot beverage and enjoy the morning with us. Meet at the pavilion at 10am.
