About the event
You have your buck or doe, but what to do next? Join us for this free workshop led by Ohio Division of Wildlife and learn how to field dress, butcher, and cook your white-tailed deer. Guests will learn about different cuts of meat and have an oppoptunity to taste the venison we process that day. Meet at Scenic Vista Park pavilion at 9:00am.
